Hydraulically operated active check pump control valves can be fully opened or closed according to electrical signals. Valves prevent pipe surges by isolating the pump from the system during pump startup and shutdown. The Bermad 700 Series valves are hydraulically operated, diaphragm driven, inclined globe valves with seat assembly and double chamber combination actuators that can be removed from the body as a single integral unit. The hydrodynamic body of the valve is designed for unobstructed flow paths and provides high flow capacity. These valves are available in standard configuration or with a separate flow check device (code "2S"). They are made of high quality materials and are suitable for different mining applications.
